   Data sent through this website is controlled by Grudva. For any question about your data, write to hello@grudva.net.

   What we collect

   Through the enquiry form we collect what you enter yourself: full name, business name, industry, city, phone, email, the address of an existing website, an approximate team size and the text of your message. We do not ask for and do not want sensitive data - please do not put any in the message.

   Why we use it

   Only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if we agree to work together, carry out the work. We do not use it for marketing without your consent and we do not sell it to third parties.

   How long we keep it

   Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for at most 12 months and then deleted. Data connected to completed work is kept for as long as business record-keeping rules require.

   Cookies

   We use a necessary cookie that remembers your chosen language. It does not track your behaviour and is not shared. If anonymous visit statistics are enabled, we ask for your consent before they start.

   Your rights

   You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw consent. Writing to hello@grudva.net is enough.

   Your clients' data

   When we build a booking website for you, the data your clients enter belongs to you. We process it only as far as running and maintaining the system requires, and on your instruction.
